client base. Formerly Online IT Solutions,
we were established in 1999 to assist
companies developing and utilising software
using market leading technologies. That
remains our focus today.

Sales and Marketing staff to clients across
the UK and Europe.
VERTICALITY was founded in 1999 by a group
of consultants who have in excess of 13
years experience managing recruitment
campaigns for marquis clients. Each of our
consultants focus on a specific vertical
market or geographical region. We invest
heavily in each of our areas of expertise,
developing a fundamental knowledge of our
clients’ business and establishing a
strategic network of contacts with key
professionals in their industry.
Our market leading software has recently
been updated and customised to allow us to
track and monitor our vast candidate
database, something that has been developed
over the past 6 years. Our consultants are
therefore able to maintain a qualitative
approach to our clients’ recruitment. We
