We are looking for a Front of House Manager working 5 over 7 days (including weekends) at our Retail Client Site, based in the West End.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• To ensure the smooth operation of the client sites
• To ensure that all client and customer requests and enquiries are fulfilled and exceed expectations
• To work operationally as required as part of the operational team maintaining five-star standards
• To assist with ad-hoc projects to improve overall service
• To maintain the necessary confidentiality on all ISS Front of House and client matters
• To maintain a professional appearance at all times

Client Management

• To develop and maintain excellent relations with Client and Major Stakeholders
• To ensure that all Client site procedures and standards are met
• To use the client site operating systems in accordance with guidelines
• To attend weekly contractor meetings with the client

Finance

• Ensure that monthly, temporary staff and overtime costs are kept within budget
• Review suppliers
• Prepare monthly table of variable costs and submit to finance team by end of each month
• Measure KPI's and service standards against agreed and obligated levels
• To provide detailed management information in a timely and concise manner

People management and development

• To lead, co-ordinate and motivate the team
• To carry out interim and quarterly performance reviews with direct reports
• Monitor staff performance and to take necessary action when required
• To assist in disciplinary hearings in line with company policies as and when required
• Hold regular team/one to one meetings to ensure effective communication
• Responsible for maintaining staffing levels in all areas
• Delegate tasks effectively to create team working environment
• Train and develop team
• Provide support to other team members on work related issues
• Conduct weekly team meetings
• To maintain excellent relationships with other service partners
• To be responsible for all payroll administration
