Job Descripton: Telesales Executive - Corbel are now recruiting an experienced Telesales Executive to join us at our Ipswich Head Office on a part time basis, however full time will be considered for right candidate.

Corbel have been established in Ipswich for 28 years. We are a dynamic organisation that provides a comprehensive range of IT services including a fully managed service for hosting your company, infrastructure, back up and disaster recovery solutions, networking, connectivity and IT Support. We work with business, charities and educational establishments of all sizes in and around the Essex, Suffolk, Norfolk and Cambridgeshire areas.

What's involved?

As our Telesales Executive you will undertake Telemarketing Activity to follow up Marketing Campaigns to prospective customers with the view to booking qualified appointments for the sales team. In addition, contacting customers and prospects on our database to drive traction to events held throughout the year.

Other key responsibilities include:

• Make Outgoing cold calls to secure qualified appointments for the Sales Team.
• After training, answer initial questions about product specifications and pricing
• Utilising our CRM to create call-backs for potential leads and follow-ups.
• Invite Customers and Prospects to events held throughout the year
• Upsell customers with additional services and add-ons
• Undertake proactive profiling work on prospective clients to aid the cold calling process
• Ability to meet Goals and KPI's which would be predefined for each project
• Maintenance of data integrity on our CRM Solution
• Accurately and efficiently enter and maintain customer information in our CRM
• Work and assist colleagues as part of the team to achieve shared goals.
• Sending relevant Sales and Marketing collateral to potential prospects
• Ability to Track and Report on potential leads
• Create Connections to potential prospects on Linked In
• Adhere to health and safety policy, and other requirements relating to care of equipment

About you

To be successful here at Corbel you will need to be self-motivated with fantastic communication skills. You will be organised, a team player, full of high energy with patience and tenacity.

Experience within Sales, Telesales or Telemarketing is highly advantageous. You will have an excellent telephone manner with the ability after training to utilise our internal IT systems

Customer care, commitment and delivery of a first class service are of paramount importance to Corbel. Whilst being professional, we like to maintain a friendly nature; this approach to business results in us enjoying trusted and robust relationships with our clients.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our successful company. The role is part time with hours to be agreed. On offer is a salary £18000 - £22000 per annum (Pro Rata part time) with Commission of a further £3000 for achievement of KPI's.
