Salary: £35K - £45K DOE + Bonus
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: 37 hours Monday - Friday

Key Details:

• Design, create and implement workflows - translating a defined sequence of tasks into workflow diagrams
• Analyse development, configuration and customer requirements and create relevant documentation (e.g. specifications, development change log, manuals, etc.)
• Complete system and workflow configuration tasks within agreed timeframes for UK & non-UK based customers
• Successfully implement changes from requests for change, following change procedures and processes
• Provide support based on changing & demanding business needs
• Contribute to configuration and development policies and procedures
• Analyse and resolve escalated configuration issues with a hands-on approach

Key Requirements:

• Ability to communicate technical information to all levels of experience
• Good understanding of data structures (e.g. JSON, Java, XML)
• Ability to take a flexible and reactive approach as additional information becomes available
• Experience handling high-volume and complex data
• Ability to problem solve and recommend solutions
• Excellent understanding of workflows and flow diagramming
• An understanding of data flow and dependencies, along with system and user interactions
• Good attention to detail and production of high-accuracy work
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and meet targets
• Ideal: in-depth knowledge of the gas and electricity industry
• Ideal: understanding of change delivery principals
• Ideal: understanding of software release process, from development to live release
