Over the past three decades the domestic market has considerably transformed itself. The most significant of these changes has been the increased preference of our clients to employ multi-skilled candidates, those they feel are best able to adapt to modern family life. Give this it is unsurprising that the responsibilities of the average candidate have grown, which has in turn been reflected in a better package of remuneration.

In response we have preferably sought those candidates that are career focused, and whilst we will consider those candidates that can demonstrate a minimum of two years service in private households, we enthusiastically seek those with over five years of experience in their field and have a proven record of loyal service.

Naturally more traditional candidates such as Butlers are still sought for more traditional roles and more intensive positions still require domestic couples. It is unsurprising however that due to the multi-skilled focus of the modern industry we can offer a wide variety of posts from those that are part-time and daily to those that are full-time and residential.
