Our History:

The ECS Recruitment Group Ltd provides both Permanent and Contract Recruitment Solutions to all areas of I.T. Over the past 15 years it’s success has been built on ensuring that both clients and candidates receive a high level of service from Consultants who have been with the organisation for many years.

The original company, Evans Computer Services, was formed in February 1989 and has supplied clients with all levels of IT professionals including Computer Operators, Help Desk Analysts, Network/Communication Analysts, Technical Support Analysts, PC Hardware/Software Support Analysts, Systems Administrators and Programming staff.

After building an extensive base of longstanding clients, including Compaq Plc, ICL Group/Fujitsu, ITNET and TNT Post Group expansion was inevitable.

April 2000 saw the opening of a Northern office in Manchester. This office has proved a great success and has received many testimonials from clients who have been impressed with the quality and range of recruitment services that they have been offered.

In October 2002 The ECS Recruitment Group was born, this is the parent organisation for it’s current subsidiary companies, ECS Midlands Ltd and ECS North Ltd. This is seen to be the start of a new beginning which will see the same levels of service that all our clients and candidates have been used to but offer us a better corporate image and improved status within the market.
